    The cost of hiring Mariachi Citlalli depends on various factors. Please follow this LINK for more information.

  • Do you charge per hour or per songs?

    We always charge per hour. A common questions is how many songs we play in one hour. In one hour we play an average of 15-18 songs depending on the songs. Some songs last longer than others. But we do not count songs, we play per hour.

  • I called or emailed and no one is answering.

    If you are calling on weekend it will be hard for us to answer calls or e-mails since we are busy performing. If you must reach us on a weekend the best way would be to send a text to (914)720-7741 and specify your name, date of event, and city. Also specify if you are inquiring about price or if you already have a reservations with us.

  • Can I pick the songs?

    Yes! You can pick the songs you wish us to perform. In fact, if you are familiar with mariachi music we encourage you to make a list and we will be happy to pick songs from that list. If you are not familiar with mariachi music you don't have to make a list and we will play songs depending on the type of event. Don't worry we have a lot of experience and we will pick the best songs for your event.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Payment methods accepted are: Cash, Company Checks, and most major credit cards thru Paypal.

    We do not accept personal checks.

  • Do you have event insurance?

    Once in a blue moon we are asked for insurance, mostly required by very few catering halls. Unfortunately we do not provide insurance due to its very low rate of request, and also because they can be quite expensive for us, and would raise prices very dramatically. If your catering hall insists on proof of insurance then we might solve that issue with a waiver. If that is not enough, which has only happened once in the last 20 years, then the solution would be for the client to get an event insurance that would cover everything, from guests to bands, DJ's and that way the whole events is protected under an insurance umbrella.
